Observation Car for my PennCentral passenger train

After viewing a few pictures of the failing PennCentral, I was inspired to make a Premiere PennCentral Passenger Train. Sort of a "What If" kind of thing.

I had originally planned on buying a regular Observation car, so I saved enough money but when I went back to buy it a week later, the car was gone. That is when I found this, an Observation/Business car for the NYC named Gotham. That gave me a new idea! Not only will I have a PennCentral Passenger train, but each car will now be named for a city in the DC Universe.

Metropolis - Superman/Clark Kent (Full Dome car)
Gotham - Batman/Bruce Wayne (Observation/Business) 
Coast City - Green Lantern/Hal Jordan (TBA)
Central City - The Flash/Barry Allen (TBA)
New Venice - Aquaman/Arthur Curry (TBA)

Right now the car is in the "refit" stage: parts removed for painting, new coat of silver paint, the NYC Jade Green stripe, ect. Soon I'll add decals and a gloss clear coat.
